JUBEI CHAN 2 is an epic 13 episode fantasy anime arriving onto blu-ray for the first time as well as the long-awaited reissue and blu-ray premiere of Takashi Miike’s acclaimed ZEBRAMAN. There will be a welcome detour to DEATH STOP HOLOCAUST and Kitty Media’s premiere ‘Absolutely Not For Children!’ OVA, LADY DOES BUTLER, both served up on blu-ray and DVD!
JUNGLE DE IKOU! for the first time on blu-ray as well as a welcome blu-ray/DVD reissue of the sci-fi anime epic, KITE LIBERATOR. The live-action sci-fi actioner ZEIRAM 2 also makes its premiere on blu-ray and finally returns to DVD courtesy of the Tokyo Shock label while Kitty Media’s adults only fare, MOTHER-IN-LOVE, seduces its way onto blu-ray and DVD for the very first time!
J2 (JUBEI-CHAN 2): THE COUNTERATTACK OF SIBERIA YAGYU

300 years ago, in the ice-shrouded land of Siberia, Jubei Yagyu waged a brutal battle against Kitaretsusai of the Northern Yagyu clan. The duel resulted in Jubei Yagyu’s daughter Freesia being trapped and frozen in suspended animation. As the centuries pass and global warming accelerates, Freesia is liberated from her icy tomb and moves to modern day Japan. She appears as a middle school transfer student and befriends Jiyuu Nanohana who is oblivious to Freesia’s true motive- to gain possession of Jiyuu’s highly coveted Lovely Eye Patch that once belonged to Jubei Yagyu!
ZEBRAMAN (115 mins.)
It’s 2010 and Shinichi (Sho Aikawa) is a down-trodden third-grade teacher who gets little respect from his own family let alone from his wise-ass students. Back in 1978 he became obsessed with a TV superhero named Zebraman, a show that was cancelled after only a few episodes. Since the Zebram show was set in 2010, Shinichi decides the time is right to make a crude Zebraman costume and slink around the city at night to fulfill his childhood fantasy. His seemingly harmless escapism takes a sudden detour into harsh reality when he runs into a strange half-crab, half-man who was Zebraman’s arch enemy from the old show! Soon the saga of Zebraman and his war against the usual gang of strange alien enemies seems downright prophetic! Shinichi vows to fulfill the prophecy and become the super-hero of his childhood to protect the planet from the marauding menace! Two college girls, Taylor and Elizabeth, travel to a remote island for a weekend vacation getaway. As they drive the winding backwoods roads leading to a desolate lake house owned by Elizabeth’s father, they begin to feel uneasy as an unmarked white van starts to follow and stalk them. Little do they suspect that this is just the beginning of a nightmare thrill-ride straight to hell as three masked psychopaths appear and serve as their unfriendly welcoming committee!
